Our 1.5 hour Bass Rock Sightseeing Tour is the perfect family friendly trip to see the world famous Bass Rock. Departing North Berwick Harbour we will first visit the island of Craigleith which during the breeding season is home to 10,000 puffins as well as guillemots, razorbills, cormorants, shags and kittiwakes. If you are lucky we may be able to spot a seal hauled out on the rocks. We will then head to the Bass Rock, home to the world's largest colony of Northern Gannets with over 100,000 gannets heading to the Bass Rock to breed every year.
From there we will head across to Tantallon Castle, an incredible castle positioned on the towering cliffs before passing Gin Head as we then head back along the coast to North Berwick Harbour.
We have trips scheduled daily from April - September. Please note that North Berwick Harbour is tidal and so our schedule has been worked out accordingly hence why our departure times are different each day.
Suitable for the whole family - well behaved dogs are welcome too but must be kept on a lead at all times.
